Christal is deeply passionate about serving as an Ignite Board Member because she has witnessed firsthand how mindset, mentorship, and leadership development can shape students’ confidence and future choices. Over the past two years, she has volunteered with Ignite in Dallas ISD, mentoring students at David W. Carter High School. Earlier in her service, she led the Measure Up for Success session at the Sister to Sister Summit, empowering young women to build self-esteem, strengthen character, and understand how academics, professionalism, and self-determination contribute to long-term success. She is committed to advancing Ignite’s mission by helping students recognize their potential and laying a foundation for future growth.

Outside of work and service, Christal enjoys small-group leadership, hiking, and spending time with her family.
