Lynette Aguilar

Lynette serves as Vice President and General Manager for AT&T’s $4.5B North Texas and New Mexico markets serving a population of approximately 16M and leading nearly 300 retail locations and a team of over one thousand employees. As the P&L leader, she also leads the cross-functional shared services organizations, which do everything from build and maintain AT&T’s wireless and fiber networks, install and repair customer products, and the overall end-to-end customer and employee experience.

Prior to this role, Lynette led strategy, culture and large-scale program management in the newly formed Customer Advocacy organization charged with evolving AT&T’s customer centric operating approach.

Lynette also spent time based in Mexico City, Mexico leading contact centers where she oversaw sales, service and collections for U.S. consumer and small business wireline and mobility services. She also owned strategy for AT&T Mexico overseeing multiple projects including launching a fixed wireless broadband product and participating in Mexico’s 2.5 GHz spectrum auction. Before relocating to Mexico City, Lynette held various roles in consumer marketing and business.

She earned her Bachelor and Master’s in business administration from St. Mary’s University where Lynette serves on the Executive Advisory Council for the Greehey School of Business.

Lynette is AT&T’s executive partner for the Hispanic Technology Executive Council (HITEC) and the Executive Advisor for AT&T’s HACEMOS employee resource group chapter in Dallas. Lynette was named to Hispanic Engineering’s 2017 Influential Hispanics in Technology, is a three-time President’s Volunteer Service Award winner, a 2024 Honored Listee from Marquis Who’s Who and was named as one of the 100 most influential Hispanic executives in technology in 2022 and 2023 by HITEC.

Lynette is a native of Victoria, Texas, and currently resides in Dallas with her two daughters. She enjoys reading, running and travel.
