At CAST TECH in San Antonio, Junior Board Member Robert led a peer mentoring effort last year using Ignite’s curriculum. This year, Junior Board member Albert joined one of the sessions to speak to students about his real-world application of what he learned in Ignite MindShift classes. Building on that success, CAST TECH launched a formalized program with Lanie Hanalei and a volunteer from our Board and owner of Manners Matter, Gigi Villarreal, who taught 29 alumni students Mindset for Success. Each of those students is now mentoring five younger peers using the same curriculum.
