Lanie Hanalei, Karen Black, & 4 Midway ISD teachers led an impactful one-day session for over 600 students at Midway Day (Panther Prep), focusing on stress management, & productivity and time management. Through engaging discussions and practical strategies, the students learned valuable skills to manage their time effectively and reduce stress. Each participant earned a digital badge as recognition of their commitment to personal development and their ability to apply these skills moving forward.
Ignite MindShift was proud to sponsor both last year’s and this year’s Midway HS TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators) Pickleball Fundraisers, led by Mrs. Dulock, who also helps run the Ignite MindShift program at Midway. TAFE is an organization of students preparing to become educators or work with students in the future. Funds raised through these fundraisers supported 11 Midway students in competing at the TAFE convention at the state level, with 6 advancing to nationals. We are always honored to stand behind programs that empower and inspire youth.
