During our six-week summer program in partnership with SA WORX, 63 interns earned a total of 300 digital badges through our interactive e-learning curriculum. Students completed courses in Mindset for Success, Emotional Intelligence, Building Resilience, Workplace Success, Money Mindset, and The Power of Mentors and Networking.
Throughout the program, interns also had the opportunity to hear from a dynamic group of guest speakers who shared their expertise on each of these topics. From mindset and workplace skills to emotional intelligence, resilience, mentorship, and financial literacy, interns gained valuable insights and engaged in thoughtful Q&A sessions that helped them connect lessons directly to their own experiences.
The program concluded with a graduation celebration attended by more than 60 interns. A highlight of the event was hearing from student speaker Catherine, who reflected on how Ignite MindShift shaped her summer experience. Her words served as a powerful reminder of the program’s lasting impact in preparing the next generation of leaders.
