Alexis Ramos

Alexis Ramos is the Director of Football and NFL Agent of Wasserman’s Football division. As one of the few Hispanic female NFL Agents in the profession. Originally from San Diego, CA she received her Bachelors in Marketing and Communications at San Diego State University. Following her undergrad Alexis, started here stride in the sports industry working for legendary quarterback Warren Moon and then later working with the Oakland Raiders.

While working with the Raiders she discovered her passion for working with players and their community initiatives. Following the Raiders position she landed a position at the front desk at Wasserman.

Wasserman proudly represent elite sport and media talent, broadcasters, coaches, sport executives, and influencers who play integral roles across every major global sport, spanning six continents. Their Inclusive and dynamic culture, powerful resources, and proven expertise ensure the success of their clients around the world.

After only a couple months working at the front desk, Alexis was promoted to football division where she began to run client servicing for over 60 NFL clients. At the same time, Alexis attended the University of San Francisco, where she graduated with her Masters in Sports Management. Along with her efforts with the Football Division, Alexis was a founding member of Wasserman’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, and served as a co-leader of the LatinX DE&I subcommittee, which is dedicated to promoting and supporting Latinos at Wasserman and within the industry as a whole. Currently, Alexis has elevated her role at Wasserman from client servicing to now an integral part of Wasserman Football, most recently working with Chargers 1 st  round selection Quentin Johnston in the 2023 NFL Draft.
